We like to make mini sized muffins and serve them hot with our Shrimp & Grits, She Crab Soup, Sassy Sueﾒs Shrimp Creole, 1-Tata, 2-Tata, 3 Tata Soup, Gullah Gullah Gumbo and everything else we can think of! Makes six large muffins, twelve mini muffins or one 8x8 pan. Dis is jus' sweet enuff, jus' like Aunt Maggie!
