Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Handling:

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Normally this is within 1-3 business days of your purchase and payment, but occasionally it may take slightly longer.

Most orders are shipped by FedEx Ground, but we also use UPS and the United States Postal Service to ship select orders. Most items are shipped out of our Florence, SC warehouse and will arrive to you anywhere between 1 and 6 business days after that (depending on where the order is being shipped to.)

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the item description every item that we sell on ShopTomlinsons.com comes with a 30 day money-back guarantee. Unless the item is defective we will not be able to refund shipping and handling charges. To return an item that you purchased online please contact returns@tomlinsonsales.com and we will get back to you with instructions on what to do as quickly as possible.
